As the Fantasy Football season kicks off its second week of competitive glory, thousands of football fans are obsessing over player performance from last week, dropping dead weight and snatching up emergent sleepers.
Fans aren’t the only ones with a lot riding on how players perform this season, for many brands American football is a large advertising avenue filled with flashy ads and endorsements. [Superbowl, anyone?]

As expected, hot shots like Peyton Manning bring massive ca$h money to the table, but some other players like Detroit’s Calvin Johnson with less traditional endorsement deals show even more potential impressions and advertising opportunity.
The opportunity for brands and agencies to advertise on online video is huge with millions of potential impressions and one of the most loyal fan bases in the universe. To ignore it would be a major media fumble.
