“Free shipping” and “half-off” might be nice, but not even the smoothest pick-up lines will work with customers if you’re not tuned into what they want in that very moment. Want to convert your customers instead of just engage in sweet talk? Show them how much you care about their shopping experience by personalizing based on what they’re looking for now, rather than historical data.
